Welcome to our Scheduling Information Page

Welcome to the scheduling process page for the 2017-2018 academic year!

We are hosting an event for our Freshman and students new to WGHS on May 18 at 5pm!
  • Students who have not scheduled their courses may submit a form to Mrs. Strickland via email at gstrickland@sjusd.org
  • WE are still accepting requests from students who wish to take an Advanced Placement course.  There are many benefits from taking an AP course.  Students are encouraged to consult with their counselor in the College & Career Center located in room L102.

Current Willow Glen High School Students

Important Scheduling Information

Students received a one-on-one review of their current transcript, course selection
counseling, and assistance in selecting their courses during their Social Science Class in the month of March.

  • The school master schedule is now being created based on the courses selected by the students.
  • A schedule pick up date will be posted when that date is finalized. Students unable to pick up their schedules in person on the pick up date will pick up their schedules on the first day of school in the WGHS Library. More information about this will be updated as the date approaches.
  • Student and parent initiated schedule adjustment requests will be accepted for up to the first 3 days of the academic year for review.  Requests submitted after that time will not be accepted. All requests will be responded to within one week unless the demand of requests requires more processing time. Available space in courses will be limited since the school master schedule is created based on the students' earlier requests.
  • Students are encouraged to choose their classes wisely as students who drop classes outside of school policy are subject to a drop F grade being placed on their transcript.
  • Students are also encouraged to visit their academic counselor in the College & Career Center if they have questions about their post-secondary plans.
